we do not accept returns or exchange on any item marked as "Custom" as these items have me been made specifically for you
All other Items are eligible for either a exchange or refund and must be sent back in the same condition that the items were received by the customer. If items do not match their original condition and therefore can not be resold the goods will be returned to the purchasing customer.
If you've received items as a gift, you must provide the order details from which they were purchased. failure to do so will result in any requests being cancelled and items being returned.
Please note that we DO NOT offer free returns. our delivery surcharge is NON refundable.
Divide will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving your returned item. Please send with your order invoice marking items that you wish to return to the below address.
